We would like to openly explain why you see different ticket prices for this conference. The Food ConNext Foundation exists to help accelerate the protein transition, and for that it is essential to have retailers and food service operators in the room to discuss the strategies that shape opportunities for food brands, ingredient suppliers, and technology providers. To make their participation as likely as possible, we have created a very attractive ticket price for retailers and food service operators. At the same time, the presence of food brands and suppliers is just as crucial for meaningful dialogue and collaboration. As an independent foundation without national or regional government funding, we depend on ticket income to build and maintain a strong, long‑term community. For this reason, tickets for suppliers are priced at a higher level, helping us to cover costs and create a solid financial basis for this new Hybrid Foods community. We are sincerely grateful for the support and understanding of our supplier partners in making this possible.

Prices shown are excluding 21% VAT and a flat service charge
Cancellations received up to one month prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received less than one month prior to the conference, or in the event of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund.
A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please provide us with the name, the title, and contact details of the substitute delegate at least 7 days prior to the conference. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all attendees.
Payments can be made only by credit card or direct bank transfer. FoodConNext Foundation does not process invoices for bank payments.
For networking purposes, there will be a searchable list on our digital network platform containing the names, job titles, and companies of all our participants. You may choose to turn this off within the platform.
